Creative Leadership Coaching

Welcome to the Innovative Leadership Lab, an experiential and co-creative coaching adventure uniquely designed for the imaginative leader. Spanning three months, this program celebrates improvisation and collaboration, drawing from my background in improv theater and art to offer a truly one-of-a-kind leadership development experience. You will receive access to an online portal customized just for you. We will use technology, analog activities, and deep conversations to bring out your creative leadership while living in a not-so-creative corporate world.

In the Innovative Leadership Lab, the journey is as dynamic and unique as you are. We will co-create the program together - we will improvise, create, and discover.
